The week long Retreat which holds in the capital city, Abakaliki is one of its kind as topics were carefully selected from thematic areas of legislative importance. The resource persons were drawn from among the highly experienced past legislators and from the academia to give a shared discussion on the skills and experiences in legislative practice.
