HIGHLIGHTS OF HOW SEN  ENGR DAVID NWEZE UMAHI FLAWED THE TRIO OF MICHAEL AMAH NNACH OF PDP, ,LINUS OKORIE OF LP AND IFEANYI ELEJE OF APGA AT THE TRIBUNAL TODAY 8TH SEPTEMBER, 2023 AND  HOW THE TRIO WERE FINED FOR BRINGING RUBBISH PETITION AGAINST A MERITORIOUS VICTORY OF SEN. UMAHI

..as Linus Okorie  was conspicuously absent in court, knowing fully well that he had a bad case

 1. The judgments in the 3 petitions filed by the trio of Sen. Michael Ama Nnachi, Linus Abba Okorie & Ifeanyi Inya Eleje against Senator Engr. David Nweze Umahi were delivered today, Friday 8th September,2023 by the Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja. The petition of Sen. Michael Ama Nnachi came first for consideration and the Tribunal delivered judgement against Michael Amah Nnachi and  dismissed same as lacking in merit. The Tribunal awarded a N200,000 cost against Sen. Michael Ama Nnachi . 

2. In the 2nd petition, the Tribunal   read the judgment being that of Linus Okorie. 

The judgment in the petition filed by Linus Okorie against Senator Engr .David  Nweze Umahi( the conqueror, the champion) was  dismissed as lacking in merit and the petitioner, Linus; Okorie was awarded  N200,000 cost for bringing a baseless petition against the meritorious victory of Sen. Engr David Nweze Umahi as the Senator Representing Ebonyi South Senatorial Zone ( now appointed as Hon. Minister of Works, FRN) . This award of cost against Linus Okorie is seen by many as a punishment for the awkward  character of  Linus Okorie who was only interested in noise-making without making any effort to prove his case.  

3. In the 3rd petition, being that of Inya Ifeanyi Eleje. It was  the weakest and most unmeritorious of all the 3 petitions.  The judgment in the petition filed by Inya Eleje against Senator David Nweze Umahi was  delivered by the Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja. As was the case in the petitions of Sen. Michael Ama Nnachi and Linus Okorie, which were dismissed, the petition of Inya Eleje was dismissed as lacking in merit with costs. 

4. In effect, all the 3 petitions of Senator Michael Ama Nnachi, Linus Okorie and Inya Eleje against Senator Dave Umahi have been dismissed with costs as lacking  in merit.

With this development, the social media propaganda of Linus Okorie has been irreparably punctured as empty, clueless and irresponsible
